Requirements

• 2–4 years of wet area remodeling or related installation experience
• Hands-on knowledge of shower and tub systems, waterproofing, and drain work
• Experience with framing, acrylic panel systems, and or plumbing
• Sharp attention to detail — you notice what others miss and fix it before anyone has to ask
• A professional, customer-first attitude — you're in people's homes every day
• Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive attitude that lifts the team
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding conditions

Responsibilities

• Prep and protect job sites before any work begins — floors and surrounding areas as needed
• Demo and remove existing shower and tub systems cleanly and safely
• Remove debris from home and keep the site clean and organized throughout the job
• Perform any necessary framing, plumbing, and subfloor prep
• Waterproof and prep surfaces before installation
• Install new acrylic wall surrounds and shower and tub systems to manufacturer specifications
• Complete all finishing work — sealing, trim, and final detail — to a high standard
• Be the face of SAAD in customers' homes — communicate clearly and leave a great impression
