Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable using power tools and measuring accurately
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic technology skills using a phone or tablet
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Nice To Haves
- Previous bathroom installation experience
- Carpentry or trim work

Responsibilities
- Install bathtubs, showers, and wall systems in customers’ homes
- Stock and organize your company vehicle with materials and tools needed for the day
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow Bath Fitter installation and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Use tools and materials safely and efficiently
