High-Ticket In-Home Sales Consultant | $125K – $250K OTE Clearwater Shower Bath – Fort Myers Territory Are you a high-energy closer looking for a platform that actually matches your hustle? Stop chasing leads and start closing them. Clearwater Shower Bath is one of the highest-rated local bathroom renovation firm in the state of Florida. We don’t do 'door-knocking' or 'cold calling.' We provide a rock-solid foundation: 2–3 pre-qualified, high-intent appointments daily, booked by our in-house call center. You focus on the design and the deal; we handle the rest. This is a W2 position designed for those who want 100% control over their income without the 1099 headaches.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Personal iPad for utilizing our 3D design software.
- Hunger: Motivated by a high-commission ceiling and have a 'win-the-day' mentality.
- Skill: Proven track record in sales.
- Professionalism: High-level communication skills and a clean appearance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to meet buyers when they are home (evenings and Saturdays).
- Tech-Fluency: Comfortable using iPads and design software.
