About The Position

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy sales professional for a Bath Remodeling Sales Consultant role in the Fort Myers territory. This is a W2, 100% commission position with a realistic Year 1 earning potential of $125,000 – $250,000. The company provides pre-qualified, high-intent appointments daily, eliminating the need for prospecting. Consultants will focus on design and closing deals using cutting-edge 3D design software. The role offers bi-weekly commissions with partial payouts before installation, a protected territory, and professional backing including sales tools, samples, and training.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales.

• Clean appearance.
• Willingness to meet buyers in the evenings and on Saturdays.
• Comfortable using iPads and design software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Personal iPad for utilizing 3D design software.
