About The Position
Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy sales professional for a Bath Remodeling Sales Consultant role. This is a W2, 100% commission position with a realistic Year 1 earning potential of $125,000 – $250,000. The company provides pre-qualified, high-intent appointments daily, booked by an in-house call center, allowing the consultant to focus on design and closing deals. The role utilizes cutting-edge 3D design software and offers a protected territory in the Orlando market. Clearwater Shower Bath is described as one of the highest-rated local bathroom renovation firms in Florida.
Requirements
- Hunger: Motivated by a high-commission ceiling and a 'win-the-day' mentality.
- Skill: Proven track record in sales.
- Professionalism: High-level communication skills and a clean appearance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to meet buyers when they are home (evenings and Saturdays).
- Tech-Fluency: Comfortable using iPads and design software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Personal iPad for utilizing our 3D design software.
