About The Position
Southern Industries Home Improvement is hiring a Bath Installer in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is a full-time W2 position with a stated salary range of $55,000–$85,000 commission per year; the posting also describes potential earnings of $65,000–$95,000 per year based on experience and project volume. Requirements
- Proven experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding, or experience in the home improvement industry; a minimum of two years is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems at the job site.
- Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required.

- At least two years of relevant installation or home improvement industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Measure professionally according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately for a clean, precise finish.
- Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in each installation.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to support a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at each job site.
- Coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections with production staff.
- Complete projects on time and promptly report issues or delays.
- Represent Southern Industries professionally while on site.
