About The Position

Valor Home Solutions is looking for experienced Bath Installers (Subcontractors) to support our growing project pipeline across Southern Utah and Mesquite, NV. We provide a steady flow of pre-sold jobs, allowing you to focus on installations while we handle scheduling, sales, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling experience (wet space required)
• Ability to complete projects independently
• Own truck/vehicle and professional tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to meet deadlines and production goals

Nice To Haves

• Cultured stone / solid surface installation
• General carpentry (trim, vanities, flooring)
• Basic plumbing experience

Responsibilities

• Install tubs, showers, and bath wall systems
• Work with acrylic, fiberglass, and cultured stone materials
• Complete bathroom wet area remodels from start to finish
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
