This role involves installing home remodeling products according to company standards, applying finish work, communicating with management and homeowners to ensure satisfaction, and completing job checklists. Requirements
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels
- Experience setting a drain and installing valves
- Established LLC or Business running under EIN
- Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance
- Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
