About The Position
Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Installer for their Bath Installer role. This position offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, and a flexible schedule, with the potential to earn between $150,000 and $300,000 annually. The role involves installing home remodeling products according to company standards, applying finish work, communicating with management to ensure customer satisfaction, completing job checklists with homeowners, and treating homeowners and their property with respect.
Requirements
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
- Established LLC or Business
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
