Requirements

• Experience in bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction tools and installation techniques
• Ability to read measurements and complete accurate installations
• Experience with carpentry and trim work
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
• Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Protect customer property throughout the installation process
• Complete job documentation and installation photos
