Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Prior experience as a Bath Aide | CNA highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely showering and/or bathing residents within the community.
- Providing individualized and compassionate care to residents and guests.
- Playing a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience.
