About The Position

Wasatch Labs is seeking a Batching Technician II to join their team. This role involves performing the duties of a Technician I, accurately adding and documenting raw materials as the primary technician, and requesting/following up on adjustment raw materials from Pre-weigh. The position also includes general operations of HMI screens, container disposal, assisting in training new technicians, checking weights, partials, and colors of raw materials, organizing pallets, filling out electronic logs, monitoring programs, and operating the powder system, drum unloader, and transferring phases. Additionally, the technician will assist new techs with valve hook-up and bottoms on tanks.

Responsibilities

Perform duties of Technician I
Accurately add and document raw materials as the primary/main tech
Request and follow up on adjustment raw materials from Pre-weigh
General operations of HMI screens
Container disposal process
Help train new techs
Check weights, number of partials, and colors they are marked with while adding raw materials
Organize pallets in warehouse and staging areas
Fill out electronic logs and monitor programs
Operation of powder system
Operation of the drum unloader
Transferring phases
Assist new techs with valve hook up and bottoms on tanks
