About The Position

The Batching Swing Warehouse Worker is responsible for preparing, measuring, and batching raw materials according to production formulas and company specifications. This position supports the production team by ensuring materials are accurately weighed, properly labeled, and delivered to the production line in a timely manner. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a Heavy Duty (HD) position and may require lifting and physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure raw materials according to batching formulas and production orders.
• Prepare and stage ingredients and materials for production use.
• Ensure all materials are labeled correctly and recorded in the batching system.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the batching and warehouse areas.
• Assist with inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
• Transport materials using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
