The Aseptic Batching Operator at Niagara is responsible for accurately maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) while ensuring proper inventory rotation and storage. This role involves navigating an advanced ERP system to execute inbound and outbound inventory operations, creating purchase orders, processing recycle and destruction loads, and ensuring all finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assembly components are maintained according to established guidelines. The operator will also process non-conforming material, coordinate with various parties for accurate receipts and transfers, verify inventory transaction records, and complete Oracle transaction activities from receiving into various inventory types. A key part of the role is maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all inventories through daily audits and a comprehensive Cycle Count program, as well as compiling records, validating inventories against physical counts, and investigating discrepancies. The position requires organizing the warehouse for efficient storage and distribution, identifying expired inventory disposition, maintaining product rotation (FIFO), and interacting positively with leadership. The role also includes assisting with special projects, adhering to all safety rules, GMPs, and company policies, and establishing high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
