This role is responsible for operating batching and blending equipment in a high-speed beverage production environment. The Tech will ensure product quality and integrity by following specifications, programming equipment, and accurately recording ingredient amounts. Responsibilities include transporting ingredients, verifying materials against SAP, obtaining samples for quality testing, completing documentation, and maintaining sanitation of the work area. The position also involves CIP/COP sanitation of equipment, removing waste, and receiving bulk concentrates. Reporting any non-compliance issues related to product protection, food safety, or personal safety to management is crucial.
