Batcher MUSH: Founded in 2015, we manufacture, distribute, and market health food products that meet the needs of modern-day consumers. Our first product line of ready-to-eat overnight oats pioneers a new category for the breakfast occasion, offering a healthy, satiating, and convenient alternative to traditional morning meals. Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in food manufacturing or culinary field
• Ability to read and follow recipes with accuracy
• Comfortable operating production machinery
• Ability to use a scale to weigh multiple ingredients
• Willing to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs) and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• team-focused and with the ability to hold others accountable
• Standing and walking for long periods of time
• Repetitive motion for long periods of time
• Bending and lifting up to 70 LB
• Ability to handle allergens including peanuts and treenuts

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes: sort, weigh, prepare and mix ingredients with extreme accuracy
• Ensures all ingredients, product, supplies, tools and equipment are used, cleaned, and stored according to the standard operating procedures
• Track product lots and fill out production paperwork daily
• Work with maintenance to ensure all machinery is operating efficiently and well maintained, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Perform the proper sanitation and cleaning of processing and production equipment
