About The Position
WW Clyde is seeking a batch plant operator with general construction experience to join our Denver area team. This role involves the proper operation and maintenance of a central mix concrete batch plant, working cooperatively with placement operations to produce high-quality concrete, and training/managing assigned subordinates. The position also includes performing physical labor at construction sites, operating hand and power tools, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Regular and timely attendance is essential.
Requirements
- Must have concrete crew experience
- Willing to travel
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift/push/pull at least 20 pounds

Responsibilities
- Proper operation and maintenance of a central mix concrete batch plant with a RexCon RC3 Batching system
- Work cooperatively with the placement operations in the production of high-quality concrete at the times and volumes required by the placement crews
- Responsible for the training and performance of all assigned subordinates (loader operators charging plant, plant helpers and others as assigned)
- Perform physical labor at construction sites
- May operate hand and power tools of all types
- Able and willing to work on several projects at one time
- Ability to focus on tasks at hand
- Must work well with others
- Regular and timely attendance is essential and must conform to the company's hours of operation
- Other duties as assigned
