About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates HMA plant equipment safely and efficiently to support production activities. It involves performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability, monitoring plant operations to maintain quality control standards, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and operational efficiency. The position requires following company safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
