About The Position

The Batch Making Operator produces industrial coatings by blending chemicals and pigments according to formula tickets. The role requires hands-on experience with milling pump systems and mixing raw materials, as well as precise operation of pumps, valves, compactors, and automated raw-material and milling systems. The operator performs quality checks, tracks inventory, documents formula updates, and maintains a safe, clean, and organized workspace. The job requires lifting individual paint cans or cases of four cans weighing up to 75 pounds several times throughout the day, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Starting pay of $23.50 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour increase after six months and another $0.50 per hour increase after one year.
