About The Position
Be a part of Junior Jazz this season as the scorekeeper! You'll track scores, keep time, and help make sure games run smoothly. This part-time role runs from December to March working Saturdays. This position is perfect for anyone 14 or older who's ready to get some work experience!
Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years old
- Basic understanding of basketball rules
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior scorekeeping experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Keep accurate score during basketball games
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
- Attend all assigned games and arrive on time
- Assist with setting up and taking down equipment
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Perform other duties as needed
