About The Position
The Basketball Boys Grade 9 Head Coach motivates, instructs, and manages the team to improve athlete performance. The coach needs thorough knowledge of the sport and the ability to teach and motivate student-athletes to succeed academically and athletically. Further job details will be provided during the interview. The season starts November 30, 2026. Coaches receive a one-time stipend after the sport’s season is completed.
Requirements
- Complete knowledge of basketball.
- Ability to teach and motivate student-athletes to be successful academically and athletically.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check and fingerprinting before the start date.
Nice To Haves
- High school-level coaching experience.
