About The Position

We are seeking a Baseball Assistant Camp Director for the Summer 2026 Baseball Camp. This role is in person based in Arlington, VA. The position will be open until filled. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and employment verification, and other role related requirements such as motor vehicle and/or drug screening. Responsibilities

  • Organize and direct campers on and off the field/court
  • Teach (sport) skills to campers
  • Coach teams in camp competition
  • Assist the camp director with set up/tear down of camp daily
  • Assist the camp director as requested
  • Assist the Camp Director with the supervision of camp staff
  • Assist the Camp Director with the supervision of camper
  • Assist the Camp Director with the administration and organization of camp
  • Oversee the organization of camp procedures
