About The Position

TDIndustries is seeking a BAS Technician to join its team at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The position performs building automation and facility operations and maintenance work, including planned maintenance, repairs, modifications, and general facility maintenance. The technician responds to service work orders, troubleshoots building infrastructure, collaborates with other technicians, and supports team goals and approved process improvements. The role also includes following company safety policies, completing paperwork accurately and on time, and mentoring or training fellow Building Technicians as required. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 5 years of BAS operator experience.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Perform planned maintenance, repairs, modifications, and general facility maintenance tasks.
Complete major repairs and in-depth planned maintenance in a primary facilities operations and maintenance area, as well as other assigned facility maintenance services.
Mentor and train fellow Building Technicians as required.
Respond to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.
Troubleshoot relevant building infrastructure.
Observe and comply with company safety policies.
Collaborate with other technicians to maintain and repair related building infrastructure.
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
Use standard-issue tools and equipment that do not require further calibration or adjustment.
Work toward and complete facility team-based goals.
Identify opportunities for process or system improvements and implement them once approved.
Complete other duties as assigned.
