This opportunity also brings the option of growth potential. This is the perfect opportunity to get experience to grow into the Project Manager position. This is an Office Position.
Requirements
- A strong administrative background.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Project Managers in all aspects of the project life cycle.
- Review DDC shop drawings and submittals for conformance to the plans and specifications.
- Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders
- Coordinate bid requirements with Mechanical Project Managers and bid requestors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in selection of materials for purchase.
