About The Position

A leading Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled Programmer/Technician to support projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. This position features a blend of 80% field work and 20% remote or office work and is open to both Union and Non-Union professionals. Requirements

• Skilled Programmer/Technician
• Experience with DDC systems
• Experience with third-party integrations (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
• Ability to set up alarms, trends, graphics, and user interfaces

Nice To Haves

• Experience with existing libraries or fully custom logic for application creation
• Ability to independently manage field tasks, deliverables, and smaller project scopes

Responsibilities

• Support a mix of service, renovation, and ground-up controls projects
• Program DDC systems and assist with field startup and commissioning
• Revise sequences of operation and troubleshoot controls issues
• Create applications using existing libraries or fully custom logic
