Requirements

3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a BAS Technician, Controls Specialist, or related role
Direct experience with BAS platforms such as Distech, Allerton, LynxSpring, KMC, or Phoenix Controls
Strong background in BAS programming, integration, and troubleshooting
Skilled in commissioning protocols, point-to-point testing, and system verification
Effective communicator capable of working directly with end users, contractors, and internal teams

Nice To Haves

Tridium (Niagara N4) certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and start up building automation and HVAC control systems
Perform diagnostics, repair, and service on existing BAS installations
Optimize and rewrite control sequences to improve system performance
Support commissioning activities, system checkout, and quality control
Provide end-user support, technical training, and system documentation
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
