A rapidly expanding HVAC and Building Automation services provider is seeking skilled BAS Controls Technicians throughout Florida. This role supports installations, service, commissioning, and troubleshooting across commercial and mission-critical facilities. Requirements

• Experience as a BAS Controls Technician or similar HVAC controls position
• Hands-on background with DDC hardware, low-voltage wiring, and device commissioning
• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment including AHUs, VAVs, RTUs, chillers, and boilers
• Familiarity with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer-facing communication
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel throughout Southwest Florida

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, calibrate, and troubleshoot BAS field devices, controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
• Conduct point-to-point checkout, device verification, diagnostics, and functional testing
• Support system integrations using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks communication protocols
• Work closely with project managers and controls programmers during commissioning and project closeout
• Provide professional on-site service, customer support, and technical assistance
• Document all work performed, test results, and system modifications
