About The Position

A rapidly expanding HVAC & Building Automation services provider is hiring experienced BAS Controls Technicians across Florida. Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a BAS Controls Technician or similar technical role
• Strong background in DDC hardware, low-voltage wiring, and device commissioning
• Solid understanding of HVAC equipment such as RTUs, chillers, boilers, AHUs, and VAVs
• Familiar with BAS communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout South Florida

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, calibrate, and troubleshoot BAS sensors, controllers, relays, panels, and field devices
• Perform functional testing, point-to-point verification, and device validation
• Assist with BAS integrations using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols
• Work closely with project managers and programmers to support commissioning and closeout efforts
• Deliver professional on-site technical support and customer service
• Document work completed, test results, and system configuration updates
