About The Position

We are seeking an experienced BAS Controls Technician to support mission-critical facilities throughout the West Chester, PA region. This field-facing role focuses on the service, programming, and optimization of Building Automation Systems for hospitals, commercial sites, and data center environments. Tridium certification is required for this position. Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working in BAS, HVAC controls, or related trades
• Active Tridium certification
• Strong troubleshooting, logic interpretation, and controls programming skills
• Comfortable supporting clients directly and communicating with end users
• Willing and able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies

Nice To Haves

• Background with Distech, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or York platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and diagnose Building Automation Systems
• Perform equipment startup, device checkout, and system validation
• Create, modify, and archive BAS programs, graphics, and controller databases
• Assist with commissioning, retrofits, and long-term system maintenance
• Conduct routine diagnostics to maintain system health and uptime
• Provide clear communication and training to customers and contractors
