Requirements

Experienced BAS Technician, Controls Integrator, or Service Specialist
Skilled in BAS troubleshooting, commissioning, and system-level diagnostics
Hands-on experience with Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, or KMC platforms
Ability to develop and edit BAS graphics, logic, and control sequences
Strong grasp of HVAC fundamentals, control strategies, and integration standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

Nice To Haves

Tridium Niagara N4 or Distech certification

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS) and associated control hardware
Diagnose and remedy BAS software, hardware, and communication network issues
Conduct point-to-point testing and commissioning procedures to ensure accurate system operation
Evaluate system functionality and performance to optimize building operation
Modify, adjust, and improve BAS control logic and programming when required
Create user-friendly graphics, dashboards, and operator interfaces
Ensure proper calibration and installation of sensors, actuators, and field devices
Work closely with engineering staff and field technicians throughout startup and commissioning phases
Document updates, programming changes, and testing results thoroughly
