This position involves installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting BAS systems, with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience installing, commissioning, and servicing BAS systems.
Hands-on Tridium Niagara experience required.
Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and BAS integration principles.
Proficient in programming, database development, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with industry-standard communication protocols.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and diagnose BAS systems and related hardware.
Program BAS databases from the ground up, including rewriting sequences when needed.
Execute commissioning tasks such as point-to-point testing and functional verification.
Collaborate with installation teams on equipment startup and control terminations.
Optimize existing BAS programs and enhance system performance.
Apply working knowledge of HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, RTUs, AHUs, and VAVs.
Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LON.
Interpret control wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical circuitry.
Prepare accurate commissioning reports and documentation.
Communicate effectively with end users, building owners, and general contractors.
