BAS - Controls Programmer
About The Position
This company is a leading provider of energy audits, energy management & control system analysis. They are looking for a Lead BAS Controls Specialist who can hit the ground running and provide valuable experience to their team. The role involves conducting preventative maintenance at various customer sites that have service agreements, troubleshooting, point-to-point check-out/commissioning, working with communication protocols, some programming, and graphics upgrades. The company was founded 20 years ago and serves Municipalities and Government clients. Their work consists of 70% Retrofit and 30% New Construction, focusing on Energy Management, Control Systems, Control System Analytics, and Energy Audits.
Requirements
- Experience as a BAS Controls Specialist
- Experience with Preventative Maintenance
- Experience with Troubleshooting
- Experience with Point-to-point check-out/commissioning
- Experience with Communication protocols
- Experience with programming
- Experience with Graphics upgrades
