About The Position

The company blends/incorporates Building Automation service offerings with Energy Engineering-Analytics services. This position is for a BAS Controls Field Programmer/Tech located in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in Controls Start-Up, Point-To-Point DDC Programming, and the ability to project manage their own jobs in the field. Responsibilities include creating various applications from pre-package libraries or from scratch, communication protocol integration (BACnet, LON, Modbus etc.), creating graphics if needed, tuning loops, and setting alarm points. Experience rewriting sequences from the engineering team is a plus.

Requirements

• BAS Controls Field Programmer/Tech experience
• Experience with Controls Start-Up
• Experience with Point-To-Point DDC Programming
• Ability to project manage their own jobs in the field
• Experience creating various applications whether from pre-package libraries or from scratch
• Experience with communication protocol integration (BACnet, LON, Modbus etc.)
• Experience creating graphics
• Experience tuning loops
• Experience setting alarm points

Nice To Haves
