About The Position

BAS Controls Technician/Programmer located in Staten Island, NY, for a BAS Controls Contractor. This role requires 3-5 years of solid experience in the field, with the ability to analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS Controls. A strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning is essential. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, tracing, listing, and problem-solving BAS/BMS issues. This includes managing and overseeing BAS/BMS via in-office computers, responding to all BAS/BMS service calls, and repairing or replacing parts associated with the BAS/BMS.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of solid experience in the field
• Ability to analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS Controls
