A premier Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled BAS Controls Construction Manager in Denver, CO. This role centers on overseeing mission-critical retrofit and integration projects within the BAS and data center environments. Requirements

Proven experience managing BAS construction, integration, or retrofit projects.
Strong technical foundation in Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls.
Ability to coordinate multi-trade teams and subcontractors in fast-paced environments.
Highly organized with strong communication and client-facing skills.

Experience with mission-critical or data center projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead BAS retrofit, upgrade, and integration efforts across mission-critical facilities.
Manage construction budgets, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall field execution.
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company, client, and industry standards.
Oversee installation and upgrades involving BMS controls, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
Review engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and construction documentation.
Coordinate installation activities with engineers, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
Troubleshoot field issues, identify solutions, and support timely project delivery.
Ensure all projects meet quality expectations and align with customer requirements.
