This position is responsible for overseeing BAS construction and retrofit initiatives across mission-critical and commercial facilities. Requirements

Proven experience leading BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
Strong technical understanding of building automation systems and HVAC processes.
Ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors efficiently.
Skilled in reviewing and interpreting technical specifications and construction drawings.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead BAS retrofit, upgrade, and integration projects in mission-critical settings.
Manage project budgets, schedules, workloads, and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure safe work practices and maintain compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Oversee building automation, HVAC system enhancements, and facility-wide upgrades.
Review and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical construction documents.
Coordinate field installations with engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve construction or integration challenges.
Deliver high-quality projects on time and aligned with client expectations.
