Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and controls engineering.
Ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractor activities effectively.
Skilled in reviewing and interpreting control drawings, plans, and system specifications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.

Exposure to mission-critical or data center environments is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead BAS retrofit, upgrade, and integration projects across mission-critical facilities.
Manage construction schedules, project budgets, and subcontractor coordination activities.
Promote safe construction practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Oversee BMS controls integration, HVAC upgrades, and associated facility systems.
Review, interpret, and validate control drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
Coordinate site activities with engineers, vendors, trades, and project stakeholders.
Troubleshoot field issues, provide technical guidance, and resolve construction-related challenges.
Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining accuracy, quality, and scope adherence.
