A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced BAS Controls Construction Manager to support projects across Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on managing BAS construction, retrofits, and integration work for mission-critical facilities. Requirements

Proven track record managing BAS construction, retrofit, or controls integration projects.
Strong technical background in building automation systems and HVAC controls.
Ability to manage crews, direct subcontractors, and coordinate multi-trade efforts.
Proficient in interpreting drawings, submittals, schematics, and specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

Experience with mission-critical or data center environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage BAS retrofit, upgrade, and integration projects in mission-critical settings.
Oversee construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure all field work follows safety standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Supervise BMS controls installation, HVAC upgrades, and supporting facility systems.
Review technical drawings, control schematics, and engineering documentation.
Coordinate installation efforts with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Troubleshoot construction and field issues; provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
Deliver high-quality projects on schedule while meeting all client expectations.
