About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Bartender to join our winery restaurant team. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests, many of whom are visiting the area. The ideal candidate is service-focused, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented, guest-driven environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Interest in wine and hospitality (experience is a plus but not required)
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails with consistency and care
- Provide attentive and personable service to enhance the guest experience
- Stock and maintain the bar area throughout service
- Run food to guests as needed and support overall service flow
- Assist with cleaning duties, including bar upkeep and dishwashing when needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
