About The Position

The Bartender is responsible for maintaining liquor controls, fulfilling drink orders for patrons at the bar and for servers' tables, and engaging with guests in a positive manner. This role requires basic drink knowledge, adherence to Clubhouse drink recipes, and the use of upselling techniques. The Bartender will also take food and beverage orders, ensure proper steps of service are followed efficiently, and handle transactions using basic mathematical skills and the POS system. Multitasking, teamwork, and the ability to work at a consistent pace while standing for long periods are essential. The role also involves maintaining a stocked, organized, and sanitized work area, adhering to company policies, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Flexible availability and consistent attendance are required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Basic drink knowledge.
• Follow Clubhouse drink recipes.
• Use appropriate upselling techniques.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Standing for long periods of time and working at a consistent pace.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Keeping the work area stocked, organized, and sanitized.
