About The Position

Responsible for the set-up, preparation, and service of beverages—including the ability to create and execute high-quality craft cocktails from scratch. Ensures exceptional guest service, maintains bar cleanliness, and upholds company standards while supporting revenue and profitability goals. This role supports weekend brunch operations and requires availability for early morning shifts, beginning at 6:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Three - Six months experience in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
  • Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions and to observe entire restaurant in dimly lit conditions.
  • Able to mix cocktails correctly
  • Able to provide wine service
  • Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages.
  • Able to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, mix, and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails made from fresh ingredients, adhering to established recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of mixology, flavor profiles, and cocktail construction to consistently deliver premium, craft-quality drinks.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience through friendly, efficient, and professional service, maintaining a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Make personalized beverage recommendations and engage guests with knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and ingredients.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and room charges, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete liquor requisitions and maintain accurate supply and inventory levels, ensuring established pars are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area at all times.
  • Perform all opening, closing, and side work duties as scheduled.
  • Comply with all state and local liquor laws and maintain required certifications (e.g., TIPS).
