About The Position

Full-Time Bartender| $7.50/hr + Tips | Clark Street Taphouse & Grill at The Westin St. Louis Calling all dynamic bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment! Clark Street Taphouse & Grill is seeking a versatile hospitality pro ready to elevate the guest experience at The Westin St. Louis! From crafting signature cocktails for business travelers to keeping the energy high for baseball fans, you'll be the centerpiece of our bar, moving seamlessly between the bar top and table service, delivering four-diamond hospitality with every interaction! The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. If you are someone who loves interacting with people, is knowledgeable about a wide range of drinks, and is committed to delivering exceptional service, then we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
• Toast POS experience highly preferred
• Hotel specific Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
