About The Position

General Description: Responsible for preparing and providing food and beverages, beer, wine, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• Must have a current food handlers permit
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Pouring and serving beer and wine
• Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times
• Greeting, engaging, and serving guests seated at the bar
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
• Wiping up spills
• Keep the bar area cleaned and well stocked
• Restocking items consistently throughout shift
• Assist server and other Front of House staff with beverage orders
• Listening and responding to guests' requests and complaints
