About The Position
Shaken, stirred, with a salted rim, you know how to fill a glass. It is not just a drink, it’s the conversation that keeps bringing patrons back. Friendly, fun and perfectly paced, juggling spirits both liquid and live. Our bartenders are top shelf! As a Bartender you will: Welcome guests like old friends. Stay fully informed of beverage and menu offerings. Provide that perfect pour. Maintain a safe, clean environment. Call the shots and when to stop.
Requirements
- Embody core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic
- Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy
- Follow instructions without close supervision
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have 1 year of bartending experience
- Must be 21 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
