Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons. Take food and beverage orders and process payments. Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
