About The Position

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, located in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, is a historic and luxurious resort known for its exceptional amenities, including award-winning skiing at the state's largest ski area, a renowned golf course, a nature-inspired spa, and a year-round Canopy Tour. The resort offers a dynamic and exciting work environment with comprehensive training and a culture of respect, gratitude, and empowerment. We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Golf Grille team, starting in May. This role is crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining an efficient bar, providing excellent service, and handling all aspects of beverage preparation and presentation.

Requirements

• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be attentive to detail.
• Must be pleasant and friendly.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar throughout the shift.
• Approach and greet guests.
• Take guests orders.
• Order delivery for supplies needed to maintain the bar.
• Service the bar.
• Clean and clear service areas.
• Ensure a uniform appearance.
• Completes other duties as assigned by manager.
• Ability to properly present, open, decant and serve wine and champagne.
