Provides world class guest service. Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and or cocktail servers in accordance with departmental procedures. Promotes superior customer service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Serves alcoholic and other beverages to guests in bars, lounges and other areas as needed. Consistently applies knowledge of state liquor laws including proper identification procedures, monitoring levels of intoxication, intervention strategies, refusal of service, and shutoff procedures. Sets up and breaks down assigned bar in accordance with department policies and procedures. Uses point of sale terminal and completes other cashiering functions. Responsible for the handling all payment methods. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs other duties as assigned.
