About The Position

SunDrop Restaurant is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mixology, wine, and premium spirits, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in an upscale environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining bar standards, and collaborating with the entire service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and premium spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Hotel or resort experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Create seasonal and signature cocktails that align with the restaurant’s upscale concept
• Provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant and bar guests
• Maintain full knowledge of wine lists, craft cocktails, premium spirits, and menu offerings
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
• Accurately process POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
