About The Position
LPM Restaurant & Bar, an internationally acclaimed French-Mediterranean restaurant, is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our Miami team. If you are skilled in mixology, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages with precision and creativity
- Provide excellent guest service at the bar and in the dining area
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar stock levels
- Collaborate with FOH staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold LPM’s high standards for presentation, hospitality, and guest experience
