Greets all guests in a professional and courteous manner. Prepares and serves beverages following established protocol, and all state and federal liquor laws. Keeps Leads and Food and Beverage Manager aware of any issues that in a timely manner and assists in resolution. Must be efficient in cash handling procedures and maintain a working knowledge of Toast system and its functions including but not limited to credit card and gift card transactions. Makes sure that all daily revenue and server tip reports are reconciled and given to accounting at the end of every day. Ensures that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift. Responsible for checking all IDs and ensuring only 21+ is served alcohol. Assists Food and Beverage Manager to decorate the bar area for theme weekends. Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times. All other duties as assigned.
